1. Collect the documents
Medical Certificate
Doctor`s confirmation report that a woman cannot conceive naturally and carry the baby by herself due to a specific reason such as:
- Uterus absence
- Severe uterine abnormalities
- Chronic reproductive loss
- Numerous unsuccessful IVF attempts
- Significant medical conditions that make carrying a pregnancy risky for a woman`s health
Marriage Certificate
Your marriage certificate should be legalized or apostilled before your visit to Ukraine – this helps authenticate the document for acceptance in other country. Apostille is placed on official documents for countries that are parties to the Hague Convention, other countries need regular legalization.
2. Decide on the Program and the Most Suitable Package

If the HCG number is increased it means that pregnancy is positive and Surrogate proceeds with the medications for early pregnancy support. Otherwise, Surrogate stops with medications and starts preparation for a new embryo transfer. In seldom cases a question about Surrogate replacement can be raised upon recommendation of a fertility specialist. |
